I FINISHED STITCHING MY CHRISTMAS PROJECT

~*~The stitching is finished!  Yeay!~*~

Hi prim friends...I finally finished my primitive stitchery project I have been working on for quite some time now.  I think I started it in July or August.  It is the first counted cross stitch I have done in 26 years.  When I had my daughter I had to give it up for there was just no time in the day for such things.

This is called "Jingle All The Way", a pattern by Lori Brechlin of Notforgotten Farm.  She is an amazing pattern designer...Thank You Lori!

I still have to stain it and I am going to sew it into a sawdust/rag pillow.  I want to give it a lumpy olde feel.  I will post another picture when it is completely finished. :)

Hugs,
Kimmie

  2. Thank you Doreen! I have decieded to frame it instead of making it into a pillow. Bev from our TMAP group suggested it and I think it is a better idea. This way it will stay clean and dust free. It was alot of work and I want to keep it nice. :) Thanks for visiting!

    Hugs,
    Kimmie
